Zack collaborated closely with executive leadership to align the coaching platform with the organization’s brand and strategic goals. He designed and implemented operational systems to support scalable growth and led the recruitment and training of a team of professional coaches to ensure high service quality. He also developed a comprehensive library of instructional content tailored to amateur cyclists and executed targeted marketing strategies that significantly expanded the platform’s visibility and user engagement.
Zack oversaw every aspect of development — from strategy to execution. This meant building the business architecture, overseeing content production, designing the course library, launching the website and automations, and personally driving customer acquisition through social media.
Team EF Coaching represented a powerful example of what’s possible when elite sport meets consumer-focused coaching. From concept to launch, the platform evolved into a successful initiative that served thousands of athletes, featured a library of over 140 instructional videos, and delivered immersive event experiences aligned with the professional cycling calendar. Zack played a foundational role in bringing this vision to life. He was deeply involved across key functions—product development, platform structuring, coach onboarding, marketing strategy, content production, and sales operations. What began as a strategic proposal to executive leadership ultimately became a revenue-generating coaching platform that expanded access to professional training methods and strengthened fan engagement in the sport.
For Zack, this wasn’t just a project — it was a mission. He played a central role in shaping the initiative from the ground up, contributing across product development, platform infrastructure, coach education, marketing, content strategy, and sales enablement. What began as a proposal evolved into a sustainable coaching business that broadened access to pro-level training and deepened global engagement with the sport.
Next projects.
